I recently was transferred an event ticket, and the receipt details read:
$390 DGS Ticket
1 x $0.00
SEC: DGS Ticket
Will Call
Does this indicate the ticket has been paid for or not? How would I be able to find that out? I ask because a will-call vehicle pass that was not paid for shows up as:
OMG - Vehicle Pass - $50 OMG Vehicle Pass
1 x $0.00
SEC: OMG - Vehicle Pass
Will Call
Also, what does "DGS" stand for?
Interpreting a transfer receipt: "1 x $0 DGS" ticket?

DGS = Directed Group Sale
"To sum up my compassion level, I think we should feed the unwanted animals to the homeless. Or visa versa. Too much attention and money is spent on both."

Thanks! Is there any way to see whether it has been paid for?

All tickets in the system are paid for. There is no option to reserve tickets now, but we'll pay you if and when we show up at the will call booth. Imagine the thousands of tickets that would just be left there if people just changed their mind.
If that's legit transfer, then it's paid.

The only tickets that are paid for at will call are low income. And those cant be transferred. Including the vehicle passes that low income ticket holders can buy. The only way to get one of those VPs is to give a low income person a ride.
