The paint washes off in a shower, it is water based and safe for the human skin. I use wolfe, and Mehron paints, additionally Endura, by EBA.

Keep in mind that any hard bodies that need to wash that paint off are going to make a blithering mess of their shower area. A little face paint is cool, but full body paint will destroy any evap pond you may have in your camp (creep factor aside).

We do in fact radically include everyone, anyone wants to paint or be painted can make arrangements at our booth, it could be me painting you, Scorch painting you, it could be the person behind you in-line painting in you! Everyone is required to Participate at our booth! We have lines 30 people long all day every burn we do this.

I do invite the haters, just come to Black Rock City Airbrush, pick up a brush, airbrush, participate and then make the judgment on how creepy and non inclusive we are.

Agreed. And why do people grab the word "haters" whenever people don't agree with them? Is it just that they are lazy and cannot admit that the issue may be more complicated? All I know is that when I see someone call someone else a hater, my eyeballs start to roll.

To the OP.

If you have been, you know Burning Man is a beautiful experiment. Many of us expect it to be better than the outside world, or our perceptions of it, and work to make it so.

Your message should be "we are doing and teaching body painting by us and by you on us and on you".

What are we doing? <Give links to body painting festivals>. We do full/partial/face body painting. If you are being painted you should allow X time(s). Some burners who have been painted describe the experience of walking around the event or being photographed full body painted as "". (A friend also a burner and body paintee is very enthusiastic about the experience)

Stop by us <location> <hours> to learn more.

Then at your location, determine your photo release policy consistent with BM policy and sort paintees accordingly if you want to photograph them for your camp website. You can also send out scouts to find participants with the same information. My theory is your greatest challenge is the release, not finding a specific canvas.

BM has all body types and sexual identities. You can honor.

(Body painting is an emerging artform. To date dominated in media by females of a certain BMI. That can be changed up. But the work is pretty stunning - simply Google "body painting festival")

I know it is irrelevant to the richness of this thread, but I want to point out that the picture on your original message is not of a body paint. The model may have had body paint at some point, but someone covered that up using an image editing software (Paintbrush, Photoshop, etc.).
