If you are on a DSL or Cable modem and are not behind a firewall it is not difficult to setup a stream. Go to http://www.shoutcast.com and dig around. The software is all there.

It is all about sharing music and giving people something different then they are used to. If I were not behind this obnoxious firewall I would love to listen.

And one of the great things is you can use the line input on your soundcard to broadcast external sources. So you can hook up about anything you can imagine.
