Well, I thought about taking a train to Reno and renting, but AmTrak doesn't seem to go from Wisconsin to Reno, Nevada. It seems to be they expect you to be on the West Coast if you want to go to Nevada. What the----!?

(Sorry about griping. I'm starting planning for 2016 in order to get these frustrations out of the way because I am certain there are other waiting for me...)

oakmealmama, You will have so much more burner fun living in Reno. Do you still have that HOT husband that you married on playa long ago? Oh, remember that the party on the 30th is a pot-luck meal and BYOB. (Can you tell I'm kinda worried about food?) I don't cook and never know what to bring so I end up with 3 hard salamis and a box of fancy crackers. I've found that if I bring 2 bottles of good liquor the food gods will provide for me. This year I'm also signing up for mayhem. NO. It's not fur tails. Nobody liked those, (except Drawingablank. He's a 365 tail guy.) It's a really stupid surprise. I love you guys and I can't wait. Hey, Dr Pyro is it sold out yet? There were a couple of tickets left?

Sadly, HOTTIE playa husband and I have decided we are much better friends than lovers. I thank the universe to still have him in my life and I still love him SO very much.

And I confess...it was another camp-mate that moved me to Reno. He's just as cute (I think!)

We have room on the train for four or five more. At last count we were at 53 and since four people are staying over, we can take 58. So yes, there are a few spaces left.

Just spoke with Ygmir and we're setting up the suites for the party. We are set on taking down two suites but I'm going to see if they will give us four of them. Would anybody like one of the other two? I will hold it with my credit card and you would simply pay for it yourself that Saturday. Of course if you're meeting up with us and not taking the train, they should be available even earlier. If you want to "upgrade" to a suite from the regular rack rate (I'm not sure on the exact cost, but I think it runs about an extra $75 to $100) room--for those going up on the train--you can probably be accommodated. Let's just say I know a guy.

playa is extremely wet right now, 3 vehicle's are hopelessly stuck on it till it freezes really hard or it dries out, "spring"
