I'm still marveling at the aerial shot from last year's event. Hooray for the ingenuity of burners, I'll take that over some jerky satellite company any day.

Happy Lazy Sunday and whatnot! It's the last day of Pani's holiday break from work, and we'll have a bit of lazy fun before it's done. She's at a hair appointment now, then we'll meet at the ferry building to hit a couple favorite shops. She got a high tech sous vide thing recently (it's a fancy 'water bath' precision cooking thing that allows us to do super crazy slow-cooked foods), and she wants hit the fishmonger there to get stuff to use with it. I'll hit up my favorite baker while we're there, and I imagine we'll stop off for a drink or three while we're out.

I think we're due for some pretty wet weather in the week ahead - I can't really complain too much about that, we could really use the water (and the mountains need the snow), and for us bad weather is still better than what most people are getting. Have a great Sunday!
