Yesterday was a load of different things. A couple big things for something unrelated to Burning Man, I can't say much more until after stuff gets released. The later hours stuff was me working on some of the elements for an upcoming ePlaya upgrade. I wish I had more time to work on that, as I'd like to get that stuff done and ready to go asap... but no such luck. Lots to do, then mgb327's coming into town for the DJ's From Mars gig, should be fun!

Belated Happy Birthday, Trillo. Been away from here too long with too much busy stuff. Missed a load of very funny stuff. Took me the last hour to catch up.

Burnal Equinox coming up next weekend. Anne and I plan on making an appearance and doing a bit of dancing with the stars! Always a fun mosh pit! Turning off the hearing aids makes the sound a bit more tolerable! Love that mob of beautiful young and virile people with all that sexual energy floating about the rafters. Oh to be young again!!! For that night I am I guess.

Getting rained out of tennis, but it is more than compensated for by seeing the extent of the snow pack and the reservoirs filling up!

The NEB sounds good for this rainy and cold afternoon. I was out this morning mooping along Hwy 53 in the rain, with a volunteer group called Citizens Caring 4 Clearlake. We have "adopted" a stretch of 53 for monthly mooping. CalTrans does not want us out there in the rain, for safety reasons, but two of us did half hour for the symbolic value. Feels good to accomplish something!

We had thunder snow, hail, and freezing rain in Utah yesterday. Bleh. Springtime in the Rockies, 60s one day and snow the next.

I see wet areas on the Gerlach cam.

Reno got a few sprinkles over the weekend but the winds were mighty!

Between the last 2 weekends the Sierras got between 4-6 ft! Yay for lakes, rivers and streams this summer

I have Brides of March this Saturday in Auburn so I'm out of town. Anybody else playing 'here comes the bride' this week-end? It's loads of fun. Let me reach past you for that bottle of Pernod. I'll just squirrel a swig in my trusty thermos. See. I packed my own lunch. Gotta run. It's a volunteering day. Kiss, kiss.

Ratty, I've been called out of town and can't make Brides of March. (I'm presuming you're going to the one in Sacramento? If not, rest of this is moot.) Make sure you give a special Doc Pyro hug and kiss to Mary. Kinda short red head who will look in charge but everyone knows better. We always sort of coupled up and she's on her own this year without me
