As DAB said, my Kilt is #1, Its what I wear 90% of the time. Assless chaps are probably #2. Then my pirate hat would be #3, Brought it as a last minute grab out the door one year and it is my favorite hat now for burns.
The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.

I had an up-cycled, fleece-lined vest w/ a big pimpin' fur collar. Got it on Etsy. Was pretty reluctant due to the cost but it was so worth it. It made it to three burns with me and I was the bell of the ball. Since then, it has vanished. I digress... I hope it found a good home.

No matter what your style... Clean pair of drawers, clean pair white socks and if you burnt the hell out of your shoulders and neck a soft, cool white cotton Tee.
