Woke up around 10. Going back on nights this coming week.

There's gonna be to many chief's, not enough Indians for what we're doing. Not looking forward to that.
Got a scab and a little knot on the back of my head and it's a little feverish.
Gonna have a bowl of oatmeal then cut the grass front and back.
Thinking about getting a riding mower. A John Deere 130 maybe.

I used to wear shoes that were little more than slippers at jobsites.
Now and then I'd get asked politely "what in the hell are those?!!!"

hah perfect!
one time when doing some tractor work on a job with my partner, I showed up and he had some laborers wheelbarrowing rock and stuff, through calf deep mud. one guy comes up the hill, wearing shorts (we were working with sharp tools and power tools) and when he came up out of the mud, he was wearing sandals with no socks! haha I asked him about work shoes (since, if he got hurt it was on our dime), and he said there were "not organic and comfortable, and sandals were his compromise rather than barefoot". I sent him home, on the spot, "get your stuff and go home".........well, my partner didn't let me on job sites any more. hahahaa.

Well, the big day is tomorrow ... I'm just loafing today, doing nasty prep, and taking care of my art and finances. I always have a faint feeling of doom before general anesthesia, because if I don't wake up, I would never know. Spooky.
