Now that I have my Canadian-isms out of the way, hello! I am SpringBacon (though the default world refers to me as Kate) and I am from Vancouver BC. As a open-minded person into experiencing all sort of extremes and a lover of camping, I still had no idea what I was getting into when my partner asked me to go to Burning Man with him in 2014. Sounds cheesy, but I am addicted to the people. You, yes you. My partner (Greg) has been to Burning Man every year since 2009 and it is definitely woven deep into the core of who he is. Bleh, I feel like I am writing a valedictorian speech.
To make it short, two awesome Canadians who are faithful Burners are joining the boards today (though I will be the face for both of us).
