Hmmm.... another Elliot? This one is in Northern California. But thanks for the kind hoping! We did lose 1,300 homes last September, right here in Lake County.

I'm scrambling to get the Theme Camp Questionnaire finished in time. Yes, I meant to send it in weeks ago. Too many distractions. There is a vacant seat on the Clearlake City Council, and somebody is trying to draft me. Not bloody likely.
This evening I'm gluing graph paper to foam-core to create color-coded tents, buses, RVs, trucks, shade structures, bicycle parking racks... for the Camp layout. When I have all the elements of the camp, I can move them around like chess pieces on a larger graph paper to establish efficient use of space. No doubt everyone else does this with Google Sketchup. :lol:

Buy some of those fancy peanuts...
Push the chairs and tables back against the wall...
Get a roll of quarters for the jukebox...
We're going to have a dance and party...

Starting May 4, I'm saddling my own horse. Riding my own way. I'm through with saddling yours... Ciao Baby! Thanks for the long career.

Those are nice ygmir. My daffodils, tulips and lilacs were so so this year. Wish they bloomed like the cheatgrass and foxtails are blooming right now.

I signed up for 4 night shifts again this year, I must be insane, but since the postcard I sent myself from BRC last Burn telling me never to do that again never actually arrived, I have no reason not to. I don't go to BRC to sleep, anyway. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Any ePlayans who are planning to need emergency care this year, please need it late at night on August 26 or 28 (Esplanade) or September 1 or 3 (out between the Man & the Temple). 8) 8) 8) Random visits NOT requiring care are entirely welcome. 8)

Anybody willing to pour me a cuppa coffee at 7:30 or 8 am on August 27 or 29, or September 2, please let me know! :lol: BRC is usually closed at that hour, you'd be amazed.
