Cool... they're opening up a new department at the corporation I work at and they need someone with my skills... I just hope they don't need a mindless cow, too, 'cause I can't do that. It may work out that the job stays here, but if the money's good (and it could be) I'll head East...

But, it's a long shot. I'm on the short list of three names, but they haven't even created the position, although they needed to about two months ago... they're getting buried. Assholes need to make a decision and then move on it!

Ooops... time for more scotch... How about a twenty-four year old this time. Goes down even smoother...

OK. The Juke is all "I Will Survive" covers for now.

Heli - I've seen the info on Apokiliptika. 20 years ago I might have joined up, but that pseudo-militaristic stuff is behind me now (unless we have a nuclear war and I have to reinvigorate my survivalist training).

<rummages around, finds old info>

Probably out of date. Problem can't even get that brand of assualt rifle anymore.
It's going to be alright.

Why, thank you Mr. Nipples! So nice of you to notice and comment too. Would you care for a spot of whiskey water on ice?

To quote Barry Fitzgerald from John Ford's The Quiet Man, "When I drinks water, I drinks water. When I drinks Whiskey, I drinks whiskey." And never the Twain shall meet (another 'Sam' who felt the same way... )

But... don't let me stop you... and Gigglesnort... if you think a twenty-four year old goes down smooth, you ought to try a fifty-seven year old... you never know they've gone down until you find yourself screaming and writhing in pure pleasure....

Scotch, I mean.... (of course!)

It's all relative anyway and over-rated as an indicator of anything, as far as I've been able to see.
