At :30 you can see the "stage representation" of dust.
It looks like "stage fog". But, I see it as being a representation of dust.
It is my understanding that is just the first song in what they hope will become a full stage play/production.
It is also my understanding that the next scene/act (yet to be completed) will be of him at the event, out in the deep playa and with no water.

A Burning Man musical must be performed on-playa or else it's not a Burning Man musical.

I'm moving this to the Stories board, since I think that's a better fit for BMan-related videos.
I agree with Bless, it's not really a BMan musical unless it's performed on playa. Something seems a bit sad and ironic, though, I doubt any of the people involved with that either saw or even knew anything about the long-running Burning Opera, which was performed live many times both on and off the playa.
