CampDIY is looking for a few new campmates

Our camp, going into our fifth year, have some space for a few more members. We strive for a close knit group, seeking our camp to be a retreat within the bigger playa hubbub. We usually target about 25-30 camp. We have been usually placed in the vicinity of 6:00 and F, and anticipate similar placement this year.

CampDIY is focused on providing a number of Do It Yourself workshops throughout the week. Generally these are mid-day-ish, one hour time frames. All of our camp members are expected to either lead or assist in at least one of these workshops.

Beyond that, we do look for folks who are reasonably self sufficient. After all we aren't "Camp We Will Do It For You". We can offer some experience and advice, but given the abundance of available info we prefer those who seem to have done some homework if not prior on playa experience. Also, as the camp leads recently relocated from San Diego to New Mexico we would be very interested in hearing from folks from the Four Corners states.

Hey hi Camp DIY!

Still looking for some happy new friends?

We (Daddy and I) are looking for a camp to hang our dusty hats this year! This will be our 7th burn. We are very self sufficient: we bring our trailer, our own food, water, shade, twinkly lights etc. And we do enjoy contributing to, and making new friends, in a sweet and drama free (hopefully) burning man camp. We bring a laid back attitude, lots of burn experience, and our travelling 3 wheel thingy that gifts hookah, the Hookah Whore. We are doing our mentor shifts to become BRC Rangers this year, so we do have deep experience with what it means to be a BRC very helpful citizen type burner.

We lead workshops of varying kinds here, so I'm sure we could come up with something cool to offer.
