Lost my Halo rope for my Yurt

Post by joncaso » Thu Jul 28, 2016 4:40 pm

I was lucky enough to purchase a 12foot Hex a Yurt and the owner through in a bunch of extras but during a move I lost the Halo Rope.

Does any one know where I can purchase one, or what I should Google to look for one?

Sadly the one I had, was constructed really well and purpose built.

I'm trying not to be sarcastic... but... it's rope. Available in stores near you.
Some assembly required.

You probably will have a hard time finding a pre-made halo for your yurt. If you do, it will be expensive.

Just make one. If you can tie your shoes, you can make the halo.

/me goes and looks up what a rope halo is...

WTF... it's just a stupid ring of rope. Just buy some rope and tie the ends together.

Really taking self-reliance to extremes here.

Maybe it was a super cool hexagonal ring of nylon webbing with sewn-on triangular load points and D rings. That would suck to lose, but unlikely to find anything like that off the shelf.
