Now almost 100 pounds down since my vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery in February 2015. They took about 85% of my stomach down in Mexico. Now I can only eat a handful of food at a time. But I can pretty much eat whatever I want, just not much of it. Going to a cafeteria like Furrs or Lubys is a total waste of $$$. Most restaurant meals go into a takeout box good for 2-3 additional meals. I'm cheap like that....

I can't believe I came to my Birgin year at BRC weighing over 300 pounds with high blood pressure and non-insulin dependent diabetes. It's a wonder I survived. But all that's gone now. Only thing since losing the weight is that I get cold real easy, so if you see me with an overcoat on or draped with a blanket sitting around camp in the evening, be nice.

Thanks, sweet friend. I bought a pair of pants today that I thought weren't too big - have had to pull them up over and over today with my son (Fuck Yeah) laughing his butt off.

Yeah - had a business meeting in an attorney's office where he saw me pulling the butt part of my new pants up, more than once. Thank God he has my back - literally!
