Hi there! Virgin Burner here renting a 26' RV in California and road tripping into Burning Man seven hours away. I will be celebrating my birthday on the day the Man burns!!! Looking for one other female (possibly two) to share expenses and fuel costs, and please only respond if you already have a ticket! ! ! I would LOVE to have someone that has attended BM before, but it isn't necessary (just a bonus to have someone that can help me with tips on what to pack and such). I can pick up my new RV roommate/s in one of three places: San Jose, Sacramento, or Reno on August 31st and I will be leaving the desert on September 4th.
Since the RV is a rental I am looking for others that will understand our home away from home will be a place to retreat from the heat and get some much needed rest and rejuvenation during the day while keeping our partying outside on the playa.... I know everyone asks for basically the same thing when trying to share a space with others, but here is my wish list: Someone easy going, Clean (as clean as the dusty desert & very limited water supply will allow of course), Self reliant (able to pitch in and pack some of our needed supplies so we don't have lots of unnecessary duplicates or worse, missing things we need!), and fun.
