Happy Birthday (((((((((((((((((Ratty))))))))))))))) I have to tell you, my nurse colleagues are completely enamored of the roadkill kitty Elorrum got for me from you at the Amtrakathon. That poor dead thing has had more post-mortem rectal exams than I can count. And it is currently covered in costume jewelry, gosh, it's transforming into a saintly relic or something but I still kick it down the hall when I get frustrated! Thank you so much!!!
And Rhino!!! WOW!!!! I am so excited for you. That is awesome news. I find playa dust amazingly interesting in its effects on human tissues. Maybe there's a side investigation there for me.

Woohoo, another crazy day in the can, a bit further along on the big render, and a bit closer to launch day. Heading over to storage this morning, I saw that the Catacomb Of Veils team appears to have finished packing and have started to depart. A couple trucks are gone, and what remains looks like it's all ready for pickup and transport (3 fully loaded flatbeds).

Maybe this is too early - but maybe not.
Next year (Aug 21, 2017) has a total eclipse of the sun with about 2 1/2 minutes of totality streaking across Wyoming. Any interest in a pre-burn eclipse camp out followed by a dash to TTITD?

Yep, the total eclipse is certainly on the radar here too. Not sure of our plans yet though. The good news is that it will cut a long (though narrow) swath across the country, so there are lots of possibilities. I do like the idea of a burner get together!
