Two shots of espresso without milk could be hard on your stomach. Ten years ago I was a cappucino woman. Now it's all latte in my reality. Just a thought. Espresso is a dark roast.

(Of course, who knows what's in the disposable cup. Quick, call Tommy Thompson!)

Food poisoning with coffee? doubt it. Something in the cup? maybe, but highy doubtful.. Espresso on an empty stomach? Yep. Much acid = upset tummy. Food poising usually manifests with projectile spewing. If you ain't got that, you ain't got food poisoning, eat something you'll feel better,

Eat some jalapenos or habaneros... the alkaline in the pepper will counteract the acid in your stomach... but then your lips and throat will be on fire, and I don't know if that's worse for you or not....

Could I get a teesy-weesy scotch, please?

s'all right... she can stay - i'll fix up a Shirley Temple for her.

'morning kiddies!! i'm feeling pretty darn good today. even painted my nails this morning - sparkly mauve.

sorry to hear 'bout yer tummy, Rian. how 'bout some chamomille tea?

and tea and whiskey for the sniffly stuart. i'll have a lil in my coffee, too.

thanks fer the tunes, Sput!

Hi, Crypto, Sam, Heli, Guin, and Geek if'n yer still around. I brought in some jars of Sensual Salt Scrub i made last night - all spicy with cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla. Really warms up a shower on cold winter mornings! and leaves ya feelin' pretty damn sexy-fied, too. heh heh.

That's what I'm all about
making people's days...
covering them with kisses and
covering them with love.

I'm starting to figure out what you guys like and still I have to put something you've never heard in the mix.
