We have a vehicle pass, but no vehicle. I don't drive, and my friend is under 25 so Nevada car rentals will not let us purchase insurance!

If you rent the car and drive, we will cover the costs of the vehicle. We will have our luggage with us. Ride back will likely be necessary as well. Arrival to BRC Aug 28th, leaving Monday the 5th.

Don't forget to discuss the post-event vehicle cleanup plan, so everyone's on the same page ahead of time.

Good call. I've heard certain rental companies have better cleaning deals than others. I can do some research. Willing to pay fees. Just don't want to be overcharged.

Simple deals like this are a liability nightmare. That driver can get totally screwed very easily. Regardless of any promises, he's the guy responsible for the car and all the charges, damages, etc.
Whoever takes the deal needs to carefully consider what he's doing.

But aside from that it sounds like a great deal for someone who needs a ride in!

I will arrive to SFO on 25th morning (ca. 11am) from Amsterdam.
Was thinking to join someone rideshare like last year, but rent own car it can be also an option. I could drive if you pay

Cleaning can be an issue, yes. Have to check. Where and what you wanted to rent?

Hello Hello, are you guys in Reno with a vehicle pass AND with tickets, right? Looking for a ride to BRC and back on those dates, correct?

I have a chevy truck, I'm in Mt Shasta, I have to pay and pick up ticket at Will Call at NOON on Monday tho,. as I received a low income ticket, "YEAH Me"

Your vehicle parking pass would absolutely help me out. And instead of spending $$$ on renting, insurance and cleaning of a rental vehicle and other fine prints (especially it's Burning Man dust), I can use those funds for gas from Shasta to pick you guys up then we merrily merrily our way to BRC then as for Exodus, we simply reverse our back to your stop then I can drive back to Shasta.

What ya think? But we can't get in until Monday Noon because I pick up my ticket at will call.
