I know that there's a twitter account that updates times, but it hasn't been updated for days.

Hopefully the late night(early) gate open wont see an increase in accidents due to people driving tired & beyond their limits at night. I understand wanting to get in the dust as soon as possible but I question whether Midnight is the best time to open the gate.
I guess we will know soon enough.

Burning Man Traffic from 49m ago was "no wait at the gate".
And ~ an hour later, they're "under an hour".
Seeing the headlights from lines of cars approaching Gerlach http://www.time-traveler.org/burningman/gerlach.html
Not bumper to bumper yet. With periods of no headlights. Appears to be the usual convoys led by someone slower. Looks like good flow through Gerlach.

I had the Gerlach webcam streaming, but I missed the peak times on Sunday afternoon.
The times I saw, there were no bumper-to-bumper in Gerlach nor on the visible sweep of road leading into Gerlach. I only saw groups of three to twelve vehicles as mini convoys, nicely spaced, and moving smoothly through Gerlach. Was someone down 447 pulsing cars up to Gerlach?
