FOUND my phone at lost & found site but no responding from BM volunteers

Hello everyone,

I lost my phone in the Burning Man but I have actually found it on the lost & found website ( https://lnf.burningman.org/page/ ).
I sent a message to the website regarding my phone almost 2 weeks ago but still didn't have any answer from them. I sent a second message last week but still nobody answered me. For info the item is Numero "749T", it's a Meizu Phone.

So I was a bit worried and I was wondering if they have well received my request. Is someone know how long it takes to be answered? I know volunteers can have a lot of work and I can be patient for that, I'd just want to be sure there is no issue on my claim.

same... i got the auto reply email but still not a word after 10 days for post L&F replies :/

I was told via email on 9/19 that "The AT&T and Verizon service providers said they will help us get phones returned. The plan is to provide them to the service providers tomorrow." This assumes you have one of those two providers....I think it just takes a little bit of time, but at least we know our phones have been found. Good luck!
