Well, just FUCK. I sent my campmate in Canada her ticket on Aug 2nd. It reached Canada on the 6th. It's stuck in customs. What the fuck is that about?! She said if they don't release it, no burn for her. Does anyone have any real suggestions?

Got a fucking Burning Man injury last night but I'm at home Not at BRC.
Tripped on a foot long piece of REBAR in the back yard Holy Fuck.
Just a minor scrape but it hurt. Probably fucking unseen and left by a burner
who lived here 4 years ago. In good playa fashion I grabbed vice-grips today
and unscrewed it.
Got a fucking Burning Man injury last night but I'm at home Not at BRC.
Tripped on a foot long piece of REBAR in the back yard Holy Fuck.
Just a minor scrape but it hurt. Probably fucking unseen and left by a burner
who lived here 4 years ago. In good playa fashion I grabbed vice-grips today
and unscrewed it.

Thanks for asking. Yes she got it at the last minute. She had resigned herself to missing the burn but was totally ready to jump in the car and shop on the way. We'll never know if all her inquiries did any good. Maybe it would have been released anyway. All's well..... It was a great burn for both of us.

FUCK! The transmission in my truck just gave me a big FUCK YOU. It slammed down into second gear and wont shift up or down. The transmission fluid over temp and check engine light came on. FUCK.....Taking it to the shop tomorrow. Looks like my BM budget is going to be 0 this year. UPS still hasn't found my tickets either.

I had the same FUCK last week TT! Mine was the transfer case in my truck. Luckily I can do it myself, but its needs to be dropped, dismantled, replace a couple bearings & bushings. At least hopefully that is all it needs. 
I was going to ask you about your tickets, sorry to hear they are still lost. There is another post on Reddit where the person said USPS has it signed and delivered. But he is half way around the world and none is there to sign for it. He things Mr/Ms Post person scribbled a sig and dropped it on the mail box. Un-secured box at that. He's not happy either....
