Virgin for 2017 hey everyone

Hey my name is James I'm a 24 year old gay man from Scotland but I have recently moved to the USA. I have always wanted to attend burning man since I heard about it and started to research and read up about it . 2017 is my year and I cannot wait, moving to the usa makes it so much easier for me to get to BRC, I will be travelling alone to my first burning man which I can't lie I will be a little nervous but that's normal once I arrive I'm sure everything and everyone will make me enjoy and experience BM the way we are supposed too. Just got to hopefully find myself a camp and I have also done the volunteer questionaire so that I can't be a real part of BM. So this is me just saying hi and can't wait to meet so many of you at BRC 2017. If any camp members read this I am a very happy and fun person and I am up for helping in any way that I can and I don't mind doing anything that may be asked of me as a camp member all I want is the ultimate BM experience that every veteran burner talks about so if you are taking new camp members say hi. Obviously I will be being self reliant and look for camps everywhere that I can infact I have already been taking some steps to try a find camps like astropups ect but I'm open to any camp and hopefully I'm able to find one in the near future :D :D

Thanks I can't wait so much planning to do I'm camping in a tent more than likely an Rv for one person is a complete waste of money and I really don't mind tenting :D

James, Welcome to eplaya. Dig in and read. There's no wrong way. Everyone does their own kind of vacation at the Burn. I admire you for coming from so far and yet determined to be self sufficient. That's always the best plan. You have plenty of time so get moving on your arrangements. Make lists. Hell, make lists of lists. Can't wait to give you a dusty hug.

Thank you i have so much already on my list but yeah I'm anticipating it to change multiple times throughout the year and when I arrive at BM still not have everything I need :lol: thankyou for your welcome I appreciate it

Savannah: I don't know what it is, but no thread here escapes alive. You'll get 1 or 2 real answers at minimum, occasionally 10 or 12, and then we flog it until it's unrecognizable and you can't get your deposit back.
