Could not complete sale as requested, there may be a problem with your payment information, please try again.

Just a thought, have you checked to make sure your bank isn't blocking the sale on your card because it is a large amount? Sometimes they need to temporarily disable their precautionary protective systems that they usually keep in place so your transaction will go through, or something to that affect.

And of course, triple-check your data entry for typo errors

Good luck gbus!

Yeh, just off the phone to the bank there. They said they see the transaction, but nothing blocking it their side

I noticed my bank card is my initials and then last name. So i changed everything so that they matched up and still nothing. Spoke to Ticketfly and they said Burning Man have lessened security this year and stuff like that shouldnt affect it anyway

Does anyone know how long the presale tickets are likely to last? I can transfer money on to another card, but will take a day or two

My friend kept getting a message that her card was declined. It turned out that the city was written where the zip code should have been. Maybe triple check your information again.

Tried on a new browser so that i would have to add everything in manually and still nothing. The fact that the error message is so vague is soooooooooo very annoying.

Keep trying. You will get your ticket, even if it isn't as soon as planned!!

Could be that your bank's security system is picking up the transaction as fraud. This has happened to several people in our camp in previous years. It's always a good idea, especially for large purchases online, to call your bank ahead of time to alert them that you will be making the purchase and give them the vendor's name as well.

I tried calling my bank after the first couple of times of trying to purchase and they looked at the transaction. Told me they could see it and the currency difference (my bank is in Scotland), but it was nothing on their end that was stopping it. Said it wasnt flagged up and that it was BM's end. Never had so much trouble trying to give someone 2 grand before. :D

Finally got money over to a Visa credit card and now the 990 tickets are gone. $2700 for 2 tickets is a bit too rich for my blood. Will need to try in the main

Ugh!! Sorry to hear that. And yeah, I agree, $2700 really starts to reach pretty far into the realm of the absurd. Good luck in the main sale gbus! ..and if you do get main sale tickets, you'll end up thanking that uncooperative Visa card of yours!

I suppose, however, it would be a good idea to double check the viability of your new method of payment before the main sale if you can.
