Block Dimensions?

Block Dimensions?

I have been asked to sketch out a map for this years camp, however Im not really finding any details on block sizes. We usually camp @10. We would like to take up 1/2 of a block with fire lane in the middle between the two camps sharing the block which I know needs to be 12 feet wide.

What is the length and then the width to the other street in in the back being 9, if we camp at 10.

thoughts, suggestions, help :)
