The best thing about being all kinds of sober on the playa is that you get to be a kid all over again, have a great time doing it, and remember every stupid minute! Oh, and there's the year-after-year friendships, the craziest and best meetings in the world, the fun doing volunteer activities together, potlucks, the enormously satisfying fun of bringing together such a diverse group of people and getting it done, and more than I can ever describe! I'll agree that getting falling down sloppy drunk is not the bast way to enjoy the Burn

Ironically, we have fond friends in Barbie Death Camp! They are awesome! Actually, we've got friends everywhere! I can't wait to see EVERYONE. You, yes you- I mean you, too!

You'll just have to excuse my excitability. I've recently gotten a bad dose of playa brain as I start getting everything ready. There's something about the arrival of daffodils that helps me start cleaning out a bit of last year's dust, and from then on, it's just smiles. Ah, I'm on cloud eleven.....
