If the blanket doesn't work out , I'm sure that you will be offered an abundence of laps.

[opens mary poppins bag and retrieves a baggy of little dried yellow flowers and a mason jar with a lid]

I'll make you a spot of chamomile tea if you'd like, Rian dear. I've got a little wildflower honey to sweeten it. [/list]

I think he'd prefer a cat. Thanks for the thought. Like I said he's grieving pretty hard. At one point a goldfish was all he was up for. And the chaos, would make it pretty hard on a pet right now. I'm really afraid of triggering his asthma, too. Anything that gets to his lungs is a potential threat.

Although, give that he's stopped smoking.. .

Hey Ms. Jackson, do you wanna borrow one of my socks? I have extra. Maybe Omnipotent Booming Voice would do you good, since yer feeling small and all.

damn. a topless hug could fix anything...

ladies, let me just say that if i ever need to have a breakdown, i hope i am with all of you. everything that occured to me to do/say for Rian has already been done. oh - except this....

when i last got my emotional ass kicked a wise friend told me about how they make japanese swords. how the metal is heated almost to melting and then bent and beaten repeatedly. this process removes the impurities from the metal so that one is left with the strongest, purest, and most beautiful sword possible.

s'all part of making you as strong and beautiful as you can be, baby.

sorry Stuart, i'll try to refrain :) it's just a thinly veiled attempt to reference our earlier conversations in an effort to establish our intimacy, which is silly of course, and unnecessary - as well as an obvious attempt to make myself feel less like an idiot by verbally abusing you and infantilising your name. i should be ashamed, but really i'm proud! and it worked too...love you man. no, really!
