Hey we are taking time off from work, about 2-3,000 worth, spending 1500 to fly there, meals/hotel/entertainment outside the event is going to cost us 1-2000, we're bringing 500-2000 worth of tech gear.
Does anyone have bikes we can borrow for free?
Does anyone have a camp for us?
If your camp has an art car, that would be preferable.
Does anyone have food for us?
But we have dietary restrictions, one of us is raw, one paleo and the other vegan.
We are on a limited budget, so we can't pay more than $25-50 camp dues, ideally 0.
We heard there are free 6ru9s everywhere, is that true?
We can't carry water, how can we get that in BRC?
We aren't hippies, so we are going to need a shower.
How about some costumes, that would be so cool?
Does you camp have WiFi? And a fire pit?
A power grid would help with our RV air conditioning.
We are busy and important individuals, so could you tl;dr the preparation guide?
We can gift you DJing, if you have power, the sound system, a controller and Serrato.
