I found my phone in lost and found photos? How do I get it back?

I found my IPhone 7+ in the lost and found photo log. How do I get it back? The website isn't helping. It's set up for being at the burn. Anybody know what to do?

Lucky you to find your phone there. I have not been so lucky.

The lost and found site has not yet switched to post-event status. Site says may take few days.

Below is my post about my lost phone in case anyone can help:

Hi, lost my white i-phone 6 with a black cover and two IDs on night/morning of Sunday 3rd/Monday 4th after being to Lamplighter Camp Bar and falling while cycling from the playa back to 7:30. Know of anyone who found a phone? Appreciate any leads to [email protected] or 703 380 7803

The black cover is leather like with a back pocket that contained 2 ID cards, my British Columbia ID card and the Virginia Driving License of Allan Brown. Both IDs have postal addresses on them.

Worst end to Burn ever as phone contains hundreds of photos I took documenting an amazing time and art, as well as all my contacts I have not backed up and much more.

Please understand everyone was at the burn, and they have to get back and get the L&F up and running once they return. It takes a little time. Eplaya L&F forums are not live yet either. Please have some patience with the volunteers. No one wants you to not have your lost items, but it is not a process with an instantaneous turnover.

ok !!! just received a reply from someone finally !!!!

They have the lost and found part of the site live but the volunteers
haven't actually been in office as of yet to start responding to emails
and they are expected to be soon in the next few days supposedly
according the reply i received via email

Thanks a lot for this info! I'm leaving from States to my home country in a few weeks. Hopefully, there're some chances to receive my items before departure.

I was told via email on 9/19 that "The AT&T and Verizon service providers said they will help us get phones returned. The plan is to provide them to the service providers tomorrow." This assumes you have one of those two providers....I think it just takes a little bit of time, but at least we know our phones have been found. Good luck!
