What kind of exotic characters do I need to supply for a password in the 2life?

I gotta build tigerman camp this year. Downloading the second life viewer to check this out again now.

Virtual reality is probably a ways off, despite the hype on oculus / vive.

But this second life burn thing has been going on for some time now. And if you need motivation to see a virtual world, it is still kind of interesting.

You can download the program you need here:

Thanks for the link, still have a little issue with making a complex enough password to satisfy the stupid thing.

(it keeps red with any exotic combination at 16 characters long)

Thanks Badger. As it turns out, I'm not smart enough for Second Life. Oh well, more time for my first life.

Much of SL is a ghost town. If you hang around long enough you'll have some furry come along with more than free hugs to give you. Burn2 or not.

Hi, Traveller in Time. Sorry that you were running into frustration.

Incorporating some punctation helps, as does randomizing the choice of characters. Grab a book, stick your finger down without looking, and see which letters you land on. Mix lower case with upper case and stick numbers in between some of the letters.

That should work.

Glad this is still happening. I suspect this will be the seed community for burn folks gathering in VR.

Any thought of moving to High Fidelity?

I will sign on this week and try to post some updated photos.

Pffew,

This is intense.

This is immediate

This is magic

This really feels like home . . . :D

Have been playing driver for Mutant Vehicles all weekend made more miles on slPlaya then I do in an average week

Imagine: driving by the walk-in camping, greeting new neighbors, offering a drive/ dance.
Eventually ending up making donuts with a 10m long rubberduck (art-car by Cuga Rajal).
Get invited by a neighbor to attend a performance, is it a real live concert, public, stray dog (not the K9 tour de perifery).

Just passed the Gate you will find a Rezz place for the Drone Tour,
as well as the K-9s stopping there waiting 30 seconds for a two person sit and a Perifery tour.

Scheduled Events, remember even in sl there is Playa time.

NB the noon Lamplighters precession will be as close as possible followed by a Mutant Vehicle (report early at the DMV behind Center Camp Cafe if you prefer a specific one)

We managed we burned The Man.

For those who have missed it there will be another rehearsal of the procedure around 16:00 pm Pacific Time (Los Angeles).

We could not circle The Man with vehicles due to limitations in the server load.
