If I hadn't already seen that as a bumpersticker I'd think it was a joke.

It's a bumper sticker for a reason, ya know, and can never be restated often enough. And Jesus loves you too, Iso, whether you deserve it or not. You are cherished!

It's a bumper sticker for a reason

No doubt.

For me the 'reason' serves as a reminder that often subscribers to a particular faith can be arrogant, judgemental and condescending asshats. The implicit message in such a statement is that anyone *not* subscribing to a particular belief is 'less than.' If that's the message of the church, the members or the particular deity I'll pass on the love thing. I don't need it nor do I value it.

You forgot 'promotional genius'! What about 'promotional genius'? Don't sell yourself short, there jmg. And I like the new thread for each tune, too. Again, pure promotional genius.

Here here! One of the very reasons I stepped off that train the minute I had the gumption to tell my mama no I'm not going to church, dammit.

congrats, Giggle... Me too... except I think my family was happy to see me jump off that train... Catholics, the lot of them.

By the way... what is this Bloody Jesus bullshit? What is Jesse Garcia trying to promote now?

What the fuck is this guy doing? Jesus, Jesse... get a fucking clue! We are all fucking geniuses... do you suspect you're the only one? Suspect again. The world is filled with people more deserving of attention than you and your message, whatever the hell that may be for the moment.

Whiners for God?

Did Jesus really turn wanters into whine?

I came, I psalm, I left.

I know Jesus loves me, but unless he sucks harder- he'll get only $10 like the rest of em'.

I'd just like to point out that, quite apart from being irritated with your attitude, people here are rankled that you're using the board to sell something. At least it seemed like it- I didn't stay at your web site long enough to verify once I caught the "smell" of commercialism.

But quite apart from that, it's generally good manners to listen a little more when you first enter a community, before you go spouting off at them.

whatever dude. apparently no one but you gives a shit, you might want to think about why that would be. i can tell you its not because eplayans are assholes - so what's your other option? perhaps your technique could use some work. so what would that look like? ya might want to think about it...or ask people why they found you offensive in the first place. only if you actually want people to listen to your work of course, if you're just posting all over for the hell of it, and don't actually want to make community or learn anything, then hey, go on and be a total dork, why not? the worst thing that could happen is everyone who sees your name will have a bad association with it, and you know, for an artist who is trying to make a name, what's wrong with that?

The thing that irritates the fuck outta me is that you didn't bother to set up any sort of fucking dialog... didn't come in here and start talking with the community (and it IS a community) before spamming us with... whatever the hell it is.

It's like someone walking into the center of a party, screaming "LOOK AT ME" and then performing some bit of inexplicable performance art.

THAT actually would be amusing. But since you weren't getting enough attention you did it a second time... and that's when even amusing performance artists get shown the door.

Learn something? My ass. We've seen this shit before. You aren't the first person to come swaggering in like you have some message from the great beyond, expecting everyone to pant after every crumb.

Your box of clue: If you'd bothered to become a part of the community first we might have thought you had something worth learning. Instead you've chosen to alientate us.

"yin and yang explain the gain of weight"

Yes. I'm starting to vibe w jesus garcia here. the yin and yang of it is that something that is still of the same relative mass has gained in relative density. Yes. Deep man.
