It's that time of year! Please use this thread to discuss all things related to the Main Sale for Burning Man 2018 tickets! Anyone else try to enter the “waiting room” and just get directed to Ticketfly, whom says there isn’t tickets available yet? (Duh, it’s early).

I was in the waiting room queue, green man and all. Got to the front of the line, it said it my turn, then it booted me back to the profile page.

Little green man is all the way to the right at then back to burner profile!

On another browser 'your almost there' 'confirm you want to continue' then back to burner profile.

I refreshed the page I was dumped into a few times, and it eventually prompted me to login to my Ticketfly account, which I already was on another tab. So maybe I'm in the right place.

Same thing here. My little green man zipped across the screen and then it advanced me to the next step which is my profile where it says to enter my code, which I did. Then it told me tickets were avail. So do I wait here or start from the beginning when it’s noon?

After signing into my ticketfly (could be a coincidence) my page auto refreshed and dropped me into what looks like the proper queue. Hopefully this means everything’s working now.

I entered via the e-mail link I received. Little Green Guy marched across the screen. Brought me to a Ticketfly page for tickets. It shows a "Promo Code" that is "invalid or tickets may not yet be available". It is unclear if I am in the queue or if I must re-enter the promo code at noon. Any info?

reply with that code at 12;00 then it will work

Had to hit back button from ticketfly to get to the countdown. If that doesn’t work for you try getting back to your burner profile, that should bring you to it. Good luck everyone! Make sure to get your food and playlists ready right now to keep you busy!

I'm still getting "Promo code xxxxxxx is invalid or tickets may not yet be available." With the promo code I was sent replacing xxxxxxx. I am logged into ticketfly. It says Hello My Name at the top. Any advice?
