If you'd attempted to get in before the system was allowing access to the waiting room you may need to clear your browser's cache.

I'm seeing reports all over of people getting through into the queue... good luck!

I've seen a number of people posting in various places that they've gotten through. Keep going and hang in there, historically if everything goes smoothly it can take upwards of half an hour to sell completely through.

i made it through and entered all my information to purchase but ticketfly never processed the order. now when i go back i see that i've lost my place in line and i lost out on the tickets. i filled everything out properly but ticketfly i think screwed up. do i have any recourse? i am doubtful..

I've seen a handful of posts on social media from ppl who got through only to realize that they did not register for the sale... d'oh! For them, anyways..

I didn't get moved from the waiting room to the Queue tell around 12:01:45.
Even in the waiting room at 12:00:00 it said "1 Minute ##Seconds tell the sale begins"

I trip in the way back machine, I remember the first year it all sold out on the first day. I sat in the queue (it wasn't even called The Queue then) for almost 4 hours. I still got tickets in the main sale.

My little guy is only at about 65%. It’s looking grim. But remember, there are lots of tickets that exchange hands before the actually burn, make sure to enter STEP, there is also the OMG sale, and the 1200$ tickets. Most of all NETWORK! It’s crazy the things that can happen if you just get out there and start talking to people. Good luck to all the people who will have to still hunt for tickets with me. Hope to see you on the playa! Sales not over till it’s over!

It looked like the server clock was about 90 seconds behind the time on my laptop/phone/etc. When the timer hit zero, I got into the queue and now my guy is 3/4 of the way across the screen, taking his leisurely stroll!

I'm hearing the first reports of sold out notices as well. Hang in there, remember that tickets which are in a cart that does not check out (expired card, etc) will time out and re-enter the pool after 20 mins. Good luck!

I know not to trust what the website & emails says.. and because of that I got my ticket!

I logged in 20 minutes early and joined the waiting room. I noticed the timer ended 2 minutes after noon and thought "jeez.. that's odd." So I went on my cell phone and clicked on the link they emailed me about 10 seconds after noon that the link on my phone worked about 25 minutes in, however, there was not ticket number to select.. only a spot to enter a promo code and it didn't provide me any. So I went back into my email and saw the promo code.. copied, pasted, bought 2 tickets and a vehicle pass.. and boom..

After my purchase was complete my green running man on my computer still hasn't reached the end. Note to future ticket purchasers.. don't listen to what the burning man ticket people tell you.. because they're either wrong, lying or just incompetent... either way, clicking and going into the waiting room is NOT the best thing to do at all. Click on that link within a second after noon hits and that's your best bet.

Good luck everyone that didn't get tickets.. I'm sure if you really want to go you'll get your tickets.

Not necessarily done. Depends on how the queue management works. Probably more people in the queue than tickets, though.

I mean, it wouldn't surprise me if they're gone already. Nearly everyone I know who's going is planning on buying double the tickets they need if they get through so they can sell them along at face value.

I think it really sucks that someone in this thread took someone else's promo code. The person whose code that was should complain to BM (I have a friend who complained about a glitch he encountered buying a ticket, and BM Corp gave him free tickets). It wasn't smart to post it, but he probably didn't know that the code was associated with his account, and moreover it is not in the spirit of BM to jack someone's promo code.

Anyway, just wanted to report that I got in on two devices just now. It is telling me there are no tickets left but that there are vehicle passes. I got my tickets about 10-15 minutes ago.

I also wanted to say that I got my tickets using an iPad (I had two computers, two ipads, and a phone). I got in on just one device in time for tickets. My promo code that it accidentally gave me an hour ago worked. I bet some of you could complain that they yet again did a poor job of rolling out the tickets because some people got promo codes an hour before the sale.
