As our theme camp grows, so do the amount of camp dues! This year we are expecting about 12k to be collected, donated and fundraised to make our camp happen. I am reaching out for advice on how to manage our camp finances so it doesn’t have to be connected to a a certain individual for taxes and such. Looked into an LLC (in CA) but it appears one must pay $800/year minimum annual taxes.
Any help/tips would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance
