Happy to announce we have received a ticket from STEP last night! My friend received her email at 12:00, but we don't know the exact timestamp because she is traveling and can't see more details on her phone.

My sister-in-law also got her STEP email yesterday! I am not sure if her time stamp but I know she got registered pretty close to 12. I was surprised she got the email to purchase so quickly.

17 hours ago, someone posted in the Reddit thread that they received their purchase email, and their timestamp was 12:00:30 PDT. Mine was 12:00:36 and I haven't received the email yet.

Tatonka, have you double checked your spam and junk mail folders? Sorry if that is obvious, but I figured I'd ask anyway, seeing as I'm really hoping you find a ticket. If you're sure nothing is in there, then I would suggest contacting them to insure you will be able to receive that all-important ticket offer if/when it comes.

I've never done STEP, but I'm under the impression that folks receive a confirmation email once they're in. Is that right? If that's the case and you never got one but your profile says your in, then I'm guessing you are in, but the email communication channel (email address?) is messed up somehow. Are you able to see your other email? Anyone else out there have experience with this?

Just got STEP tickets Original email notification was generated at 12:00:28 and received in my inbox at 12:00:34.

Just another data point...but email timestamps don't really mean much as there's several stops between email being sent and email arriving in my inbox.

Requested 1 ticket
Got chance to buy it on May 23, purchased on May 25

Still haven't gotten a shipping notification...should I be worried about that?

I also haven’t received my shipping notification. I had emailed them a week or so ago, and I was told STEP tickets would ship out after STEP closes at the end of July. So hopefully within a few days!
