I am Ian flying in from Slovenia [you can google it, hint: formerly part of Yugoslavia), aka Slo Ian. I have the honor of being the sound tech for the BRTA camp at BRC Airport and have my WAP for 22-Aug, but now I have to get there. Travelling with 2-3 bags + bike, including a suitcase swamp cooler (new invention, you'll see). Will be in Reno by the 17th, looking to be on playa on 22nd or 23rd.
Seeking a ride with my gear, or just gear hauling.
If you have space for my gear but not me and are going to be in BRC by the 22nd and would be willing to haul it (would share expenses of course, including kicking in towards cleaning) amazing!
I can find another mode of transport in for my body [my teleportation device cannot carry more than 10lbs of baggage] and I would come pick the gear up at your camp (or if better for you BRTA camp will be up from the 18th and you could ditch the gear in the dust there).
If you can tie me to your roof too, phenomenal (But now I have a vision of being tied spread eagle to a car top riding down I-80, head up, goggles on, with a huge bugs in teeth filled smile!
). If you can help a re-virginated burner (haven't been to BR since 2001) I would be so grateful!
