Made a very last minute decision to attend Burning Man. The universe has deemed it so as I have a ticket and many other essentials. Now for the transportation! I'm flying into Reno and need some help getting to BRC. My flight gets into Reno around 6:45 PM on Saturday August 25th. I have a flight out 6 AM on Sunday Sep. 2. I probably need go leave right after the man burn on Saturday night to make my flight on Sunday at 6 AM out of Reno.
It will just be me and a large backpack that I'm bringing on the plane. I'm pretty tall (6'2''), but am only carrying what I can get on a plane (so it shouldn't be too crazy).
Happy to (and legally able to) help drive - especially if you are hoping to get in sometime in the wee hours once the gate opens at midnight on Sunday and worried about having the energy to make it and/or if you are leaving playa in the wee hours after/during man burn and need someone to help drive. Even if you can only take me one way, your help is much, much appreciated.
As for what I can offer you on the drive: I'm a self-proclaimed master storyteller; though if nothing else, my banter at least garners eyerolls. But more seriously, I can split gas money, do some driving, and probably make you smile at least half a dozen times.
