Anyway, it's not a question of "if" only a matter of when a few dummies will ruin it for everyone and the leftist controled gooberment will impose its usual collective punishment.
For example, I used to be able to enjoy drinking a couple of beers while boating and did so for years responsibly, until some millionaire's kids got drunk and killed one of their buddies. Now it's illegal to drink and operate a boat.
