I tried looking on YouTube for solutions. Not much but then again I didn't look long.

A long time ago, I saw a video from an in-car prospective, not necessarily NASCAR, that appeared to have a clear, rotating visior that, when soiled, would rotate a to provide a clean portion.

Perhaps the rotating hood was continuously cleaned as it rotated? First, pre-cleaned with an air knife water/cleaner and squeegeed to wipe the hood.

My method for cleaning my polycarbonate prescription glasses is a mandatory water pre-rinse prior to wiping. The pre-rinse removes the dust particles that scratch the plastic.

The Burn camera has a plastic hood. If it is not pre-rinsed, at minimum a blast of air, subsequent wiping will only scratch the hood degrading visibility.

Actually doing the work? Easily delegated to the appropriate individual within the "Org."

I know the rotating disk concept as used on ships,
Should become a rotating dome.
Next dust that comes by becomes static attracts and sparks.

Dome is thouroughly polished (we have had a documentary I think) no scratches whatsoever.
Has been sprayed with ... (some brand I do not remember) and should be static free.

We are waiting for the cleaning crew (MBM && former SuperMike, now without name) who are waitingfor the HEAT to lift them 500 feet into the sky (maybe slightly less).

I think a good idea for Motorbike Matt would be to install a blowgun or two over the camera dome, running to a small compressor through a water seaparator filter like you use when painting, so it doesn’t spew gunk on the dome.
Then when it gets all dusted he could just give it a blast.
