Black backpack, Thin blue & red line USA flag patch, with monte Blanca pen, s& w knife, TSA Tampa airport badge w/ picture, loose change, burner tickets, 2 long sleeve shirts, documents etc. was attached to bike lock at center playa by building for man burn.
