Commander Tucker: I've heard the women on Draylax have...
Travis Mayweather: Three... it's true.
Commander Tucker: You know that first-hand?
Travis Mayweather: First-hand, second-hand, third-hand...

Commander Tucker: Grandma taught me never to judge a species by their eating habits.

Sarin: The Cabal doesn't make decisions on its own. They're simply soldiers... fighting a Temporal Cold War.
Captain Archer: Temporal? You've lost me.

[observing a holographic simulation of Kronos, the Klingon capital city]
Klingon Captain Volok: Hey. I can see my house from here.

Ensign Hoshi Sato: Shouldn't we try to help them?
Subcommander T'Pol: They don't want our help.
Ensign Hoshi Sato: How do you know?
Subcommander T'Pol: They're Klingons.

Dr. Phlox: It's unethical to harm a patient. However, I can inflict as much pain as I like.

Captain Archer: When I used to dream about this mission, the last thing I envisioned was having a Vulcan onboard who continuously sucked the air out of the room.

Commander Tucker: How many warning shots do Vulcans usually fire?
Vulcan Ambassador Soval: None.

Thank you, folks, I'll be here for the four terrestrial solar intervals.

That was more A's than you could shake a stick at.

Let me guess, Caps-lock, A, hold for about five minutes...

All I know is that it was tiring scrolling back and forth.

Ooops now obligated to recite trek from memory.

Yeoman Rand. "Back on the ship, I used to try and get you to look at my legs. Captain, look at my legs."
The Lady with a Lamprey

"The powerful are exploiting people, art and ideas, and this leads to us plebes debating how to best ration ice.

Again, my apologies- but "Khan!" just didn't convey that crazyass look on Shatner's face as he yelled his guts out, and the camera swooping away from him, a great moment in classic cornball celluloid over the topness.

How about this one;

"It's his way."

Great for it's ambiguousness, and yet easily recognizable by true believers.
Be the dime you seek.

Doesn't count, that's from Moby-Dick. Ahab's last words.

Actually heard backstage at a Rennaisance Faire:

"Scotty..Scotty, get me out of here...this isn't funny any more!"
"Of what use is a philosopher who doesn't hurt anybody's feelings?" -Diogenes

Nevertheless, Burns was alluding to Khan, not Ahab. Anyone knows it's from Melville, and thanks for the hyphen.
