You forgot the dogpile at the end. We got the pics though, so don't worry, it'll come back to ya'. That's about when your back went bye-bye. Still, you got two SantaCons in two weeks, plus this weekends activities here in Seattle out of it... (Here's a hint, babe. Rian could use a little 'down time' every now and then.) You held up like a trooper kid, (I noticed your back went out (again) last night at exactly the same time as "last call for alcohol" - nice timing. And you spent ALL Sunday night and Monday with those bloody tourists and showed the heathens what Seattle is all about. Great job, Rian.

When Tish, Lydia and I got back to the truck last night after leaving the LL, we noticed it was only, ONLY, 12:30!!! So naturally we headed over to BLEU. We each had time for one, massive drink - plus we got this free mojito they gave us that was some kind of ordering accident at another table. It was a nice quiet way to end a psychotic weekend.

And it was good to see MISS Lydia Love rejoin the Land of the Living. Watching her turn from a healthy color to white as a ghost, and I mean REALLY WHITE, in 15 minutes was quite 'interesting'. And the next day, through will-power - and one (1) gigantic shot of antibiotics in the left buttcheek - her color returned. That was truly scary, but the recovery was equally spectacular. Here's to MISS Love's continued recovery.

The visitors have been safely delivered to their winged carriages for their return to their so-called 'homes'... I'm sure they're being strip-searched as we speak. And rightfully so, I must say.

And on a different note: I'm sorry to hear about your Grandmother's passing, Guinivere. May she rest with the Angels. We'll step quietly today, as Rian said, and think of strong women who've inspired us...

ah, Sensei, the back's been out for days. i was on the drugs by midday yesterday, it's just that my will to continue being cheery, combined with alcohol on top of the drugs, flagged. it happens. it was really more that i was really quite nauseous from it, and was *this* close to spewing my booze (over evil) on someone's lap. it was worth it though, for sure. having fabu house guests DOES help one to ignore such paltry, silly things as spines.

dog pile... i might have been outside at that point. unless you're talking about the group photo? or when the boys all began to bite my neck and my hair almost lit on fire? i remember everything honey.. even though we started boozin' at my place in the late afternoon, this little chicky didn't get that drunk.

and yes, i also remember pummelling Samtzu... i need a speed bag back again.

one of the funniest bits, for me, was all fiction.

while the boys were talking boy talk at dinner, Tish and i began our own conversation.

We discovered that we are twins (note the matching rogue dimples) born from the same womb years apart. 'Dad' - not our real dad - was in the circus, due to those uber long legs. But really, we're the product of the milkman. I know this because of deep research, and my keloid scars. It wasn't the mail man, though he was the one who got mom into heroin. The combination of those, and the plush toy masturbation fetish, caused her home to be condemned. WHich is why she's homeless, last seen in Oregon robbing a walmart for plushies and a few other strange items. Word has it she's heading this way.

Our brother is in europe, having left home sometime before the age of 8 (they didn't notice when he left because he was so self sufficient). I was left on the church steps, with a note that mom made tish write herself. tish was running the house. when it was condemned she just left. she worked in the circus for a while, doing some unmentionables, but that's her own story.

Rob and Sam kept cueing into words like 'heroin' 'circus' and 'masturbation'. Of course the funniest bit was that my twin and i were just entertaining ourselves while they did their thing. Apparently our 'reality' is more interesting than theirs.

BTW, tisha, if mom shows up at my building on christmas, as you say, i'm so not letting her in and giving her money for heroin.

My most sincere sympathies, GE.

Yeah, I'll take that single malt. Damn I hate going into the office. So much "driveby" tasking goes on. Oh, hey! Since you're here ....

But they gave me a new kbd and a DVD drive so I can see our camp video from BM04 that someone gave me a copy of last night!

[wearing a black slinky little dress and combat boots, giggles sets down a crate full of odd mugs gathered from resale shops, fills a big decanter w hot chocolate, procures a big bottle of peppermint schnapps, and helps herself, choosing a mug stating "Florida: I've been there" and then plops on a barstool.]

OOOH!

[giggles hops off old boring stationary barstool, chases down the jet-powered one, climbs up, confuses the blonde and tosses her aside, and zooms around giggling maniacally, all while holding onto her hot chocolate and peppermint schnapps in the florida mug]

Good question. For what one of those stools must cost, I would imagine they might spring for a blonde too.
