Thanks, Zule.

also quite cute, but the first is better.
keep doing that and i'm gonna want to settle down in some house with some family and some pets and some job instead of trying to take over the world.

ok, so they aren't quite THAT good.

I know this isn't a great time for you to consider it Rian but there is a beauty and deeply felt joy that can be had with that sort of lifestyle.

And yeah sometimes it doesn't last either but when it's good it's good...........

yes, i know, but if i live long enough, there's time for it later. i'm too restless with too many things i want to do right now. i'd probably go nuts. and even if i did something similar, it would probably involve third world countries somehow. there's time for all of that, you know, Zule? i'm just really not ready.

Knowing your self is a really good thing, but life can sneak by faster than you might think, so keep asking your self how you feel about it today. Maybe it will never be important enough for you to do but keep asking.

oh, honey, i do. i've learned a wee bit about life being fragile and volatile and all of that. and i spend a lot of time cultivating the important familial and borderline familial relationships in my life. i need 'em. but i still have to try to kick army ass every now and again. principles, hon. *sigh* they get me in so much trouble.

Holy crap. If I got a speeding ticket that big my Dad would have eaten my fucking license ... maybe with a little ketchup.

the amazing thing is... the ticket is for 10MPH over speed limit in a school zone, which doubles the fine and requires re-education plus court costs.... 305 bucks for 10mph over the limit.

G-g-g-g-ood morning. The wind blew a glass lamp down and smashed it on the bricks outside last night so now I have to sweep up before the dogs get cut. Oh, and we're OUT OF FRIGGIN' COFFEE. Off to the bar.

[begins reading posts about work]

Gack!

[covers eyes and ears and runs off to some other thread to continue pretending not to have a job]

(so I'm still on my flake-out, and they still haven't fired me.....getting dangerously low on reserves, though.)

*Sigh*
