Which new Ticketing Provider instead of Ticketfly?
Hi!
Who will be the new ticketing provider? Will the whole process of will call/transfer etc be the same again? Anybody has any info? Haven't found anything on the website.
Thanks

I have not seen any announcement that would indicate a change in ticketing provider for the 2019 event. As far as I'm aware, they're still using Ticketfly (which initially was independent, then later acquired by Pandora, and more recently owned by Eventbrite). I'm sure certain aspects under the hood may change (as it does every year), check the Ticketing Support page for details.

“We have a new ticketing partner! You will not need to create an account in advance of, or during, the purchase process.”

I’ll be interested to see who the new partner is as well and if they have a good track record of not having their site collapse under ticket-day loads.

This was my very first thought when I read the announcement. Sweet jeebus let's hope so.
I didn't come here to pose for no holy picture, I came to ride the mule!

Ah, totally missed that bit. Will stay tuned for more info, and I imagine Ticketing Support will be where all the additional details would be made available once they're announced.

Ok so how's it working this year without Ticketfly, I have a updated burner profile.
If burning man really what’s to fix itself just put a name on the ticket of the buyer, and checked at the gate, so no scalping on tickets, if you can’t make it return to ticketfly for full refund, then the ticket is resold at face value.
