Re: Tickets for 2019???
Well, ticket info is out and they did cut the number of tickets offered in Main Sale. Between 3,000 fewer Main Sale tickets and 1,000 more in OMG we have 2,000 fewer tickets available. With the cut in the numbers of high price tickets (Now $1,400) there is going to be even more people from the PnP groups trying along with the rest of us for those tickets. It is a grim picture for getting to BM this year.

Somewhat grim picture for the event happening anyway, given the chances the government is shut down again between now and then, which throws anything BLM related out the window and is entirely out of the control of everyone involved.

Pardon my optimism, but contemplating a total cancellation of BM while watching reruns of Jurassic World on FX is interesting. If BLM issued a closure order for Black Rock in an attempt to kill the event, there are still 6M+ acres of open Federal land in Nevada. With no fence or border money from BMOrg, "undocumented" dreamers could swell burner citizenship beyond what the BLM could hope to control. If burner life as we know it escaped containment there are no limits to how BM may evolve.... but it will defy extinction.
How many old burners does it take to change a light bulb? Just one to change the bulb..... and five more to reminisce how good the old bulb was....

It would also be a complete shit-show (in the most literal sense) and an ecological disaster to run BM without the infrastructure at this population level.
