(the miso dressing always set out with the cucumber slices at whole foods on Pearl.....damn, forgot the name!) anyway, *that* dressing is my favorite (cannot find it or convince anyone to stock it here in butt-fuck, Arkansas).

that sounds good Gigglesnort, I am a dressing whore, my favorite dressings (in no particular order)
Creamy Pesto - I get it at the Spagehtti Factory , their food is not the best, but that dressing is, especially sopped up with warm bread.
Balsamic and Oil - just yummy
and Dill dressing from La Bou - I will sometimes get a fresh baguette and a couple orders of this dressing and lock myself in the bathroom until all is consumed. Screw the greens.

I am a bit tied up at the moment...but if you leave your name and number.....

I have never had this problem. If I don't like the taste of the avacado, I don't save it. It goes in the compost.buckethead alien wrote:Here's something that always puzzles me--what to do with half of an avocado. And what are those brown strings that start growing in one that's been in the fridge for a few days, anyway?
