Just seeing what the protocol is for later today - if the "waiting room" exists for those trying to access before the stroke of the hour, what time it opens, if there's any advantage to being in it or not.
My assumption, if those in it get put straight into the queue at "random" positions at the moment the sale opens, is that it's better to be IN, because then you know you go in the queue straight away. Pressing the button a few milliseconds after the hour means you'd be further down the queue?
Not seen any discussion or posts about this this year?
Is there a waiting room for the main sale still?

I don't personally recall reading anything official regarding there being a waiting room this year, with the new ticket vendor, but I might have missed something.

No waiting room. I clicked my Burner Profile button right at noon, "you're early" message displayed until about 12:02, then page updated. Ha. Once again, it's a crapshoot. Maybe some day I'll return...
