I am Kamel-T of Kosmic Kamels, a new camp that hits the Playa this year
I've burned 4 times in Israel, only once in BRC, and on the year of the birth of my second offspring (a healthy boy, thank you very much) I've embarked on this totally crazy adventure of bringing my heart's desire to the desert I call home. I did not know it would also be the year I say 'yes' to an offer to lead a team of 5 people for the first time in my default life in San Francisco - but I'm already screwed into this gig called BM2019, so here goes nothing and here comes madness.
Soooo - we are a group of 40 middle easteners from all around the world of various religions, ethnicities and favorite tutu colors who are sick of the attention our differences generate in the default world and want to bring the best of our commonalities to the people of the playa in the form of bedouin-like hospitality, fire, electro-arab tech-house and hookas (the kind that blow - smoke).
I'll leave that here for now, but I have SO many questions (but I think I have most of my shit together... but I'm sure I don't... but I think I do...)
