I bought my ticket and vehicle pass in the FOMO sale, and I'm starting to get a little bit concerned that it hasn't arrived yet -- plus I'm no longer able to see STEP/ticket options within my burner profile. Hopefully that means it's shipped and in transit?

I know that STEP had to be turned off for the OMG sale since the two can't be live at the same time; it's coming back on Friday. And I do know that although I don't speak for ticketing, I have heard that all tickets have NOT yet shipped out of the building and it's not time to panic yet.

Good to know about STEP having to be shut down for the OMG sale, I hadn't even considered that. I'll give it another week before I start to worry too much. Thanks for the response.

I was panicking 2 weeks ago also so I emailed ticket support. Surprise surprise, my tickets arrived 2 days later. Ticket support never replied.

I emailed support and was told that they essentially can't track tickets as they're sent out in batches (not sure why that is).
My tickets just arrived at the end of last week for what it's worth.
