Safest hotel in Reno for parking an art car overnight?

Hello All,

Very excited to be bringing our new mutant vehicle P•Y•R•A•M•O•R•P•H•O•S•I•S to the burn this year!

For those of you with prior year's experience, and who stayed in Reno (or thereabouts) the night before you arrived on playa, does anyone have a recommendation for a good safe hotel to park your art car trailer/RV etc. overnight? I know that's an impossible question to answer definitively - just looking for some advice from more experienced art car teams - and any places that people have felt good about in the past.

We stay in Fernley. No parties but so far, things have been okay.

The Sands in Reno has a great parking lot with 24/7 security.

Motel 6 Reno West, there's a security guard in this establishment. You can choose to park your RV in front of your room if there's an available one.

Ive parked ours at the Sands Regency (now the J) for the last couple years as well with no issues. Nice lit lot. If you have AAA they actually offer pricing as good (if not slightly better) than the barbie death camp group prices.
